Can’t log in

Hello WordPress team,
My name is Khemiri Ali, I have two accounts with you,
I have been trying to log in, to accounts admin but your system keeps saying: v3 captcha test failed for both websites and not only one.
When I click on forgot password and then enter the email which is registered on my admin accounts it says the same thing: v3 captcha test failed.
All the user names and passwords including the email are correct.
so what is the problem then?I understand I am using your service for free, I am planning to upgrade to premium the payable service next month,
Because I don’t have enough money to do it today but I will have enough money next month.
If you can’t wait and you want the money now also let me know.
I am still fixing the two websites and I am not making any money from them yet, check them
online and you will see both of them are messy and under construction too.
So please release both websites so I can finish doing the job.
