Can’t log in

    I was working on WordPress this morning and was not able to add anything to the media library, I noticed that I had an update that says it was ongoing, but did not
    seem to be completing itself. I logged out in the hopes that everything would work once I logged back in now it will not log me in at all. It acts like its logging in then the user name and password turns blank.

    Correct account: Yes

    The only sites I see on your @cisfc WordPress.com account when I check on our end are listed here:

    It seems this site is one that you are no longer using however, as the most recent activity I see on the site is from a few years ago.

    Is it possible you created your site under a different login that we are not able to see?  What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

    Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
