Can't log in

  Hi,
  A few days ago my dashboard said that there was a wordpress update, as soon as I clicked ‘update’ my dashboard crashed and each time I try and log on it comes up saying ‘page isn’t working, currently unable to handle this request, http error 500.’
  I have been trying for days, on different computers etc but nothing is working. Obviously I really need to access my site. Please could you help?

  I’m sorry you’re having trouble but that site is hosted by Tucows/Siteground not by WordPress.com so staff here have no access to it. You’ll need to ask in the WordPress.org support forum.

  Thanks for your response. I understand that I am with wordpress.org but the issue is not allowing me to log in with wordpress.org to ask for help, this is the only access I can gain?
