Can’t log in and reset not working

  A few months ago i forgot to renew my private email and i lost it. unfortunately that email is the one i register word press with but i have forgotten the log in details. i tried to use forget password but it keeps sending the reset to the lost email address which i cant access. i have renewed the email via name cheap but now i have change pointer in wordpress for it to work. please help
