Can't log in. Error.

    SITE URL: jason-kinsella.com

    PROBLEM: I installed a new theme, and WP indicated that I needed to add some plug ins. I added them, and my site crashed. Now I can’t log in at all. When I try to log in I get the error message seen below. Please advise.

    LOG IN ERROR:
    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 122880 bytes) in /data/20/2/83/131/2898946/user/3196564/htdocs/WordPress/wp-admin/includes/menu.php on line 126
