Can’t log in from second device

    Hi, I’m trying to log in to my WordPress account from a different lap top at home but on the log in page it is not recognising my username/email. Thank you if you could help with this problem

    WP.com: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

    The only sites I see on your @stuartankers WordPress.com account when I check on our end are listed here:

    – hecklefthook.wordpress.com

    I see you are able to log in to your WordPress.com account, so you should be able to access the site you see here: https://wordpress.com/sites

    Is the issue with a different site that you do not see listed there?

    Is it possible you created your site under a different login that we are not able to see?  What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

    Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
