Can't log in paid wordpress

  I have paid for wordpress, and was given a while other log in page which when I try to use the normal log in page for WordPress it doesn’t work. Now when I try to log in the same way, it says that there is no IP for it… What do I do? I completely can’t log in to do anything now. My email account here is link to that paid account as the admin. Help please!
