  I have changed my email address and phone number since logging into my account and I can’t remember my password.
  How can I access my site now?

  It’s not clear to us you are talking about a wordpress.com account. Presuming youa re, there are several ways to restore access to your account. See instructions at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/
