Can’t Log In to Alternative WordPress Email

  I am trying to figure out how to reset the password attached to the username barthaynes and bartonhaynes. I cannot retrieve the password and none of the emails associated with the usernames are receiving emails to reset the password. Thank you!

  Hi there,

  Our logs show we sent password reset emails for both those usernames in the past two days, and those emails were accepted by the email provider on the other end.

  If you’re sure you’re checking the correct emails and you don’t see those, also check the spam folder, and any automatic filters your email provider might have set up.

  Also try adding donotreply[at]wordpress.com to your contacts and try requesting the password reset link again.
