  Can’t log in to my WordPress account and fix whatever the error below is. And reset password doesn’t work. Is there a WordPress customer service?

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software. We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums.

  Please contact support for the Cherry Plugin directly, as it’s their plugin causing your problem.
