  We are unable to help with WordPress sites you have with other hosting companies like Hostgator. We can help with WordPress.com sites only. WordPress sites hosted elsewhere are called self-hosted WordPress.org sites.

  There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about them, please check the following page that explains it: WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org.

  If you’re unable to log in, please contact Hostgator, as the site is on their servers. Only they have the access necessary to help you log in.
