Can’t log into Mobile App

  I set up a site on my desktop then downloaded the app to manage it from there and it is impossible to log into my existing site with the correct details. It’s sets up a brand new account. Help

  Hello, it is flatwhitesandsights.wordpress.com.

  I go through a process of having to check an email when I try to log into the app and it ends up setting up a new account e.g. flatwhitesandsights0c80c4fd4f. It just won’t accept my actual account details.

  That site does belong to this account.

  Make sure you log into the app as username flatwhitesandsights and the same password you’d use for this account.

  Hello, I have logged into the app using the above user name and its password but I can’t see my draft site and a lot of the toolbar e.g. media (where I have added media).

  The My Site section on the app asks me to Add New Site but I already have a site.

  Please try deleting and reinstalling the app.
