Can’t log into my prophet 5 wordpress account!

So I’m not sure who’s end the issue to on but heres my problem.
Recently my domain expired and I paid the annual fee and all is right with the world. Then I had some issues with my site not being secure so I wrote bludomain who I host with and they fixed asap which was great. But now for some reason I am trying to connect to my blog from my splash page I get a redirect issue. On top of that I have noticed that the backdoor that I use to edit my blog is not generic and does not look the same and I cannot login. This may be a dumb question but is this something that I need to get fixed with on bludomians end or on prophet 5/wordpress’ end?
