Can't log into my site

I can’t log into my site and when I tried to reset password it says my email address doesn’t exist. I’m somehow logged in through google? but not my site, noting here for me to fix. Tried changing password here but it keeps bouncing back saying I recently sued that password, not true.. I can’t find a way to even contact wordpress to cancel my site! Why pay for something I can’t use? http://www.auntrosesplace.com

You may also be able to log out and log back in with the email address that gets notifications and what not.

@auntrosesplace ah, I see you have more than one thread and the second one had a link to the site.
auntrosesplace.com is not hosted on our services. You’re using a free copy of WordPress there. But your host who you do pay can likely help!
First, are you using auntrosesplace.com/wp-admin to log in? And can you reset your password if needed?
If that isn’t working, your host may be able to help you make backups and use one of these recovery options:
