  The site https://www.aplus.net/contact appears to be a self-hosted, WordPress (also called “.org”) site.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two, different entities, but the essential difference is that we don’t have access to all WordPress sites, only ones hosted on our WordPress.com servers. For more information, please see:

  However, if you have access to the server control panel through your web host, it is always possible to regain access to a self-hosted, WordPress site. It appears your site is hosted with APlus, so I would recommend reaching out to their customer support to see if they can assist.
