Can’t log into my WordPress site

Hello, Ever since I updated my Gravatar picture I cannot log into my WordPress site. Apparently the updated Gravatar messed it up because I now have a new account with the new Gravatar and nothing on it. My site that I’ver had for several years I cannot get into it. It is here: http://www.southernmemorialassociation.com I am all paid up. Using WP AI chat is no help at all. Thanks for any help perhaps to merge the Grvatar update to my normal site?

Are you sure you are logged in tot the account owning that site? I ask because that site was created back in 2017 and the account confederatecemetery1873 is only 10 months old.
As you have a paid plan, you can use the Transaction ID to restore access to the account owning that site – https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/verify-ownership/#transaction-id

Thank you for the help. I can only log into the new site which I did not intend to create. I think the problem arose when I updated my Gravatar photo. Ever since then I have this new account and can’t log into my website I began in 2017. Waiting for a response from WordPress.

You don’t have to wait from a repsonse from wordpress.com. Just log out from this new account and log in to your old account.

Thanks again for your help! I really appreciate it. Sadly, when I log into WordPress I can only access this new account. Going to my original site th enew Gravatar photo appears at the top roght hand side. CLicking onto it takes me to the new site which says I have no site. So frustrating. Am waiting for a wordPress help with a real human. Surely it cannot be so hard for those who know what’s wrong. Have a good day!
