Can't log into the administration area for my blog on my computer.

“You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page”. pops up when I try to log into my administration area for my blog from my computer. I can access my dashboard from my phone. I need to get this resolved as quickly as possible.

So I can be sure that you are not referring to a self hosted WordPress.ORG install so I do not provide an incorrect answer. This is the WordPress.COM support forum where we do NOT provide support for WordPress.org installs.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org have different log-ins and run different versions of themes with same names. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
NOTE: If you had provided the URL up front, as you were requested to do in the support thread form you used to create this thread you could have had answer to your question very quickly. Sadly, you chose to be secretive and have wasted hours of your time and still have no answer. :(

It is bigredrants.com I can access it from my phone and lab top. But on my desktop it gives me the error mssg I don’t have sufficient permissions.
