Can’t log into website

  Hello,

  I’ve been trying to log into my website but idk why it’s not letting me log in. It wouldn’t let me reset password either. And when I log into wordpress it doesn’t show my site on it. Can you tell me what’s happening?

  Hi! The site isn’t hosted on or connected to the services at WordPress.com, which would explain why it doesn’t show up here.

  It’s a self-managed copy of the free WordPress.org software with another host.

  If you’re having trouble logging in, can you contact your host for help with this?

  Then, if you need more help, head to to the forums for self-hosted sites at https://wordpress.org/support , since these forums are for the free sites hosted here at WordPress.com. Here’s the difference.
