Can’t log into WP, can’t get PW, can’t re-install on Host Gator

    I really really want to use WordPress to build my website, but Host Gator is making it super difficult.
    I already installed WP, then I changed my domain name.
    Now I can’t log in, I’ve tried every username/email I might have used and nothing works.
    So I thought okay fine maybe I need to reinstall it, but I can not install it. It says that it already exists. I went into file manager and started deleting anything WP related, idk if I missed one or not (I don’t think so I checked them all) because it still won’t download.
    I tried installing it manually, but I don’t know what to download or where, it won’t take the folder bc it is in a folder apparently . . .
    I am having such a struggle please help
