  I can’t login. I have my username and password alone. I lost my phone and with it my backup codes and authenticator app

  HELP!

  I cannot login to post content for the site I write for. I must have done something wrong when setting up my authenticator? But I was able to post for several days and now cannot log in AT ALL nor will it send me a password re-set link.

  THE ASSIGNMENT IS DUE TODAY! PLEASE HELP
