Can’t login

  New user just created new site and can’t login to edit. Inserting correct email and password and tried lost password but doesn’t recognise email address which is correctly entered. Found the site user friendly to create but this is doing my head in especially when there is no support to talk to. Please help and keep it simple as not that IT literate
