  Hi, I have a wordpress.com website (www.caspers.co.nz) that I can’t get into to update photos etc. The man that created it (Alton Crisp) has gone awol.
  Can you help me, please?

  Your site is not on the wordpress.com platform but is using the standalone version of wordpress.org. Their support is at https://wordpress.org/support/
