  I started an account and lost the password and the password retrieval won’t send to my email. Likely I misspelled the email address. username is bigbopperdude. How should I proceed?

  I’ve been asking for help for two days, I can’t login into my site (groundeddude.com), user name: bigbopperdude. which I created 12/21/18 and made a $60 payment. I have lost my password and cannot login, but when I try to reset my password, I am always either asked for my lost password or to use the link sent to my email address(redacted), neither of whichI can find. Please help me log back into my site.
