  Hi, I am trying to login to another account and am getting a message that my username does not exist. The username is herearts_mvim8i and the url to the WordPress site is:

  http://www.herearts.org/sites/

  How can I get access?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I’ve double checked, but there is not a registered user account at WordPress.com for herearts_mvim8i .

  The site you’ve mentioned is not using WordPress.com either. herearts.org is registered through Dream Host and hosted with them as well. You can contact them for assistance or use the community forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
