  Hello,
  I can’t loin to my admin panel or even reset the password. I get the notice that email can’t be sent since my server has email function turned off. Is there any way to login? I’m new to WordPress, not really advanced.

  From what you tell, it looks your site uses the open source wordpress.org. Their support is at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
