Can’t login as Administrator in my own account!

Dear WordPress colleagues.
I have a website hosted with you: http://www.human-bydesign.com
I am the managing director of the company and I have tried logging in to my website to make updates and have been unable to..can someone from WordPress please contact me, with new admin login details as the system is not recognising the ones I have been using?
It is not recognising the admin user details I have, I have not changed them, so I am not understanding what the issue is…

That site does not use our managed hosting from WordPress.com. You’ll want to consult the WordPress.org community forums. That’s where folks running the open source WordPress.org software can find help. https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
