Can’t login in. Black sign is always present even though I close the software.

    Can’t login. Must reset the password every time and then when i go back to the wordpress software it won’t login and the black sign saying user or pswd. is incorrect is always there under login. must resent every time.

    Where are you signing into? Your wp-admin Or when you visit WordPress.com? Can you provide the link of where you are trying to sign in? I want to check if I can see the black sign you are referencing. If not, I might have you take a screenshot of it.
