Can’t login in to my word press account

Hi there!
I’ve been trying to login into my user account and it keeps telling me I’m not registered. Just need a little assistance please! -
You only created this new WordPress.com account 30 minutes ago. Try completely logging out of here (clear browser cache etc if necessary) and log back in with your correct username and correct password for your unnamed site.
PS: In case you’re still not successful then return here with the full address of the site you’re trying to access. -
I have the same problem. Our site was redesigned by 48in48 with WordPress and now it’s telling me there is no such user. Our site was originally built in WordPress. It’s promise.council.org

I figured it all out finally so no worries! When I logged in to WP it kept saying it couldn’t find my name.
I ended up putting in my site (I know I just hooked this google version up recently to WP but I’ve been on it for years) then did -wp with my site name and it finally brought up my login page.
Not a tech person but I figured it out somehow!

Your account is not a user on that site. You need to be logged into the account, platinumeventagency, to access that site.
