Can’t login into the word press site but can access user portal

Need a password reset for the actual word press site to edit, but have access to user portal. Tried to resend password link, but did not send the email

Your site is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the open source WordPress.org software and it is hosted by WP Engine. Therefore, you need to contact them regarding your login issue.
