Can’t Login or Change Password

I’m attempting to login into an old WordPress/ComicPress account.
I know my username but not my password.
When I attempt to change password, I was sent a reset E-mail. However, the rest link doesn’t work. I’m taken to an error page with several warnings: ‘Use of undefined constant,’ ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT,’ and ‘Cannot modify header’
How can I resolve this issue?

Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
