Can’t login or edit my site!

It’s my first time messing with WordPress and I’m so frustrated. Not only it’s incredibly difficult, it keeps giving me errors without proper descriptions. I’m sure I just need to learn, and I’m willing to, but now I can’t even access my dashboard or anything else because a bunch of errors keep appearing and won’t even let me login. The erros is “ Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function ‘CT_CTDI_import_files’ not found or invalid function name in /home1/joyfumu0/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php on line 292” followed by a bunch of other errors. Please help!
The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff). It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
