Can't login, password/email can't be recovered

  I am the owner and admin of boxingbunnies.com (I also admin hgboxing.com and am logged in using that account to write this request). I’ve tried repeatedly to log in to my boxingbunnies account and cannot access it. I don’t have my authentication codes (4-5 years old and long gone) and I can’t remember what email address I used to set up the account originally. I thought it was (email visible only to moderators and staff), but that doesn’t seem to work when I try a password reset. There’s a chance that a web designer changed it, and my password, maliciously. He’s unresponsive to my inquiries. Nothing has been changed on my website, so I am baffled. Please, there has to be another way I can authenticate I am the owner of this blog site – my business depends greatly on it.   I’m sure you will understand that, for security reasons, we cannot address account recovery in the publicly viewable forums.
