Can’t login – site down

I can’t login via http://collaboratensw.org/wp-admin/ and don’t have previous credentials from person who set up site.
I think I may have updated some modules recently that could have caused this problem?
If I try to login via http://collaboratensw.org/wp-admin/ I get the error message:This page isn’t working
collaboratensw.org is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500Have no idea what to do!
