Can’t login to comment

  I am just trying to log in to WordPress to comment on another WordPress page. It keeps saying, “Do you want to connect this account?” and lists username with the associated email. When I click the friendly green button to connect, it mysteriously says, “no such email or username found.” But it literally just showed it to me. Connected to my google account and everything. I even downloaded the Jetpack app and connected that to my WordPress account, but I am still unable to comment on this stupid page. What in the name of all hell is going on?

  Hi there,

  Can you share the URL of the page you are unable to comment on, and let us know what steps you are taking or what you are clicking on just before you see the “do you want to connect” message?

  Is this a site under your account? Or a site that you just happen to be visiting? Thanks for the additional info!
