Can’t login to my domain

  I was trying to install SSL to my domain and I clicked the ‘redirect to HTTPS from HTTP’ button without getting the SSL certificate. So now every time I try to log in to my domain, it redirects to HTTPS which causes it to say ‘This site can’t be reached.’ I can’t even log in to my administration screen. I need help. It says ‘ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR.’
