Can’t login to my webpage – forgot username and password

I can’t remember the username and password to login to this webpage. When I try to reset my passwood, I don’t receive an email to do this. Please help!!
The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff)/wp-login.php. It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

It looks like your site is using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but is hosted with another webhost.
We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us here at WordPress.com. For help with a WordPress site hosted elsewhere you’ll need to ask over at the WordPress.org forums:
