Can't login to site after domain transfer

    My job transferred our domain to Wix and, I believe, as a result – I can no longer access the WP dashboard. What’s the best option or remedy to regain access? Do I need to attach an alternate domain (and if so, how)? Do I need to contact a rep from WordPress (if so how)?

    We’re currently free members of WP if that added context helps.

    Hi there,

    We can’t help directly because we don’t host evc.org on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result we don’t have the ability to take a closer look at your site.

    Instead from what I can see you were hosted with another provider previously (Google Site Hosting) as shown here:

    In this case Google Hosting is the service that is in possession of all the files from your hosting account with them. We do not maintain access or backups for sites that are hosted with other providers like this. Please contact Google Hosting and ask if they have the ability to assign a “staging URL” to your site so you can access it that way instead.
