Can’t login to website

  Hello! I have a website, alexandriacannito.wordpress.com, and am unable to access it. When I go to reset the password it says that the key is not available. How can I get into my website?

  Hi there,

  Is this when you’re requesting a password reset link at https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword? Can you please give me the exact text of the error message?

  Make sure when resetting the password that you’re not logged into any other WordPress.com account at the time, or it won’t work. So log out of the jour460 account, and for good measure also clear all WordPress.com cookies in your browser, before trying to click the password reset link.
