Can’t make a WP plugin work.

    I’m locked out of my Castos Really Simply Syndication plugin in my WP website. I can’t find a support chat room, or a support phone number, for Castos. I emailed them eight (8) days ago, and they never answered. Can someone PLEASE help me find a phone number, chat room address, or some other way to reach them? Thank you, to whoever can help!

    Hello there, you’ve posted to the support forums for free websites hosted by WordPress.com. It looks like your question has to do with a site using the WordPress open source software. WPcom (where we are ) and WP are separate entities with different documentation and support forums.     Have you tried the Castos support forum on the ORG website https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/seriously-simple-podcasting/ If you don’t have a username on ORG, you can register one on that page. They also have a support FAQ on their site https://support.castos.com/

    If you have any other questions about working with this plugin, you’ll want to use their support forums as we can only assist with sites hosted on WordPress.com servers.
