can’t make changes to my actual website

    I had someone design my website and now I have not been able to get in touch with him and I can not make changes to my account because the password does not match and my email address apparently was not used to make my website.

    Site: (email visible only to moderators and staff).
    WP.com: Yes
    Correct account: Yes
