Can't make payment for Plan even with multiple valid cards

    Hi,

    I’ve been trying to renew my account, but every time I try to complete a payment, I receive this message- ” Error authorizing credit card. Please Contact Support quoting error HYTFSI.”

    I’ve used multiple valid cards both credit and debit, which can be used internationally. Not sure what I need to do to resolve this issue.

    From what I can see, your plan was renewed automatically some days ago, but you opened a dispute.
