Can’t migrate my WP site to godaddy

    Hello,
    I’ve had a site on WordPress since 2012 and bought a new domain with Godaddy a little over a year ago. I just bought the 3 year WP package that comes with the SSL certificate, etc through GoDaddy and for some reason they are not able to migrate the WP site over. I’ve been ‘masking’ my old WP web address with my new domain from Godaddy and want to just merge it.
    They’ve advised me to contact WordPress directly. I’m finding that’s rather difficult to connect with WP customer service, but hopefully this reaches your staff. I seem to be running out of options.
