Can't modify Posts or add Pages to WP

After days of hassling with GoDaddy, my website is finally back online. To get it there, I had to restore an old version. Now, when I try to change something or add something, I get the following types of messages:

I am not technically proficient. PLEASE…provide instructions in as simple language (go here, click here, type this, etc.) as possible or I will have no chance to makes the changes you suggest.

I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble, that sounds very frustrating. However, wlhsfoundation.org is a self-hosted WordPress.org blog, which we really can’t help with.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
WordPress.org has complete documentation and support sites for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at http://codex.wordpress.org/ and http://wordpress.org/support/
