  hello why i cant open my account i need to change some things in my website

  Hi @dragovd12a80039cb12, it looks like you have another account. Can you log out and log in with the account associated with that site? It should be the email address that gets comment notifications and what not, so you can try commenting on the site and checking all of your email addresses if needed.
