can't open my admin page to login again because i got this message Parse error:

    i copied an html codes and paste to my function php section when i click on update file it gave me this message:
    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘<‘ in /home/content/18/11257318/html/wp-content/themes/artificer/functions.php on line 42
    and then i tried to go back to the page but i couldn’t then i tried to open wordpress admin page to login again but whenever i tried to open the admin page (www.perlisis.com/wp-admin) again i got this message what can i do now, could you please sombody help me with that?

    Hopefully while you were waiting for an answer you discovered that, being a self-hosted WordPress install, you needed to post over at http://wordpress.org/support/
