Cant open website

  So I used to host my website on a webhotell. I stoped doing it and wanted to host it localy so I got the files and tried to host it and this is the error I get:

  And I noticed that this is the code I have to change:

  define( ‘WPCACHEHOME’, ‘C:xampphtdocswordpresswp-contentpluginswp-super-cache’ );

  So I added one “” in the end:

  define( ‘WPCACHEHOME’, ‘C:xampphtdocswordpresswp-contentpluginswp-super-cache’ );

  But then I got this message:

  Anyone knows how I can fix this?

  Hi –

  The site mentioned does not use our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com. Instead, it’s set up on the open source WordPress.org software which is something different.
