Can't pay my domain in WordPress

  Hi im Kushtrim and wanted to pay my domain in wordpress.com but there is no Albania or Kosova as a country, for this reason i cant pay my domain.

  Also tried with PayPal but still same problem in which i registered PayPal in Albania.

  Now i don’t have any option to review my domain.

  Can you please help me with this payment issue.
