Started this process months ago, but now that I’m really jumping in, I can’t get a confirmation email. I can’t post. Please help.

Thank you SO much for getting back to me. I had checked those gmail folders. If it’s diagnostically useful — I did get a confirmation email the first time, months ago. But now of course the link is expired.

Frustrated out of my gourd. Neither the confirmation email nor the Use another email feature does anything.
I know that hundreds of thousands of people use this service without difficulty. But I’ve had smart people look on my behalf. Nobody seems to know what I’m doing wrong. My assumption was that I have some setting wrong, but we have checked them and checked them. I think it’s on your end…

No worries! I know it can be really frustrating with an issue like this having to wait for days for a response. We’re working on getting through our queues faster and making sure they’re sorted correctly so we’re getting to the oldest ones first. Not a perfect system yet, but thank you so much for your understanding. :)
