Can't proceed with the payment

    I tried to buy a plan for my website but i couldnt process the payment. I tried with 2 different cards but couldnt do the payment.It says purchases are currently disabled.Please contact us for re-enable purchases.I sent my issue in the contact us link but no approaches made till now. Please look into the matter.Thank you.
