Can't publish posts

  I just launched our Red Cross blog. I’ve been trying to publish a post with a photo since last afternoon. Your “publication” button and “insert photo” buttons are rotating endlessly and nothing is getting done. Just last week, I floated a post, inserted a photo, added a caption and the text wrapped around it just the way I wanted it to. Today, I can’t do that. The “new post” button gives me a pop up window but it doesn’t have the buttons I used just last week. Thanks for your speedy help!
